Before booking, I had two options: a standard reservation or one that included spa access and parking. Since we were just passing through, I naturally chose the one with parking — even though it was €10 more expensive. Upon arrival, the parking attendant informed me that the underground parking costs €10. I explained that I had already selected the parking option, but he clarified that my booking only included the outdoor lot across the street. This left me wondering — if I had chosen the standard option with no parking included, would I still have had access to that same outdoor lot for free? It all felt a bit like a tourist trap. Since I had already discussed the issue with the attendant, I didn’t bring it up again at reception. We arrived just as the hotel restaurant was closing, and being tired, I ordered food online. I always respect hotel safety policies and understand that delivery people often wait at reception or even bring the order to the room. I’m not debating the rules, but in this case, I was called in my room, asked to come to reception, and then told to walk outside all the way to the entrance gate. It didn’t bother me too much, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The score I’m giving is only due to the parking situation. Other than that, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and its location just off the highway was a big plus for us while in transit.

I've been to many five -star hotels, but this hotel is the most beautiful and favorite. The price of the hotel room, along with the tax, was cheaper than a room for rent in Siófok next to the Petőfi Promenade! This is a real luxury hotel! The bathroom has a TV built in the mirror, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom has organic shampoos and lotions. Breakfast, which is in the price is so delicious and diverse that it is amazing, wonderful. It's all about the hotel thessaloniki suburb, so I think it's worth renting a car, but bus transport is also good. The bus stop is 50 meters from the hotel. Choose this hotel and you don't mind!

I did read the negative reviews for the hotel and was skeptical, but I really wanted the underground parking and there are not many options in Thessaloniki in that regard. The hotel turned out to be very nice, the negative reviews appeared to be just false. The room was modern, clean and spacious, the neighborhood is safe (in comparison with let's say Brussels city center), and etc. Yes this is arguably not a true 5 star, but it is worth the money for sure.

Location to the bus terminal was excellent for my stay as I needed to travel across country early the next day. The hotel was very comfortable and well appointed and all the services worked well. Would defo stay here again. Bar and restaurant stayed open late.
