Great hotel with nice rooms,we got an upgrade and it was spacious,please note the hotel is far from city center.

Hotel is nice. It is great looking from the outside. Hall is beautiful, breakfast is great with plenty options. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. Free parking is in front of the hotel, and underground garage is charged 10 euros per day. Oldtimers in front of main entrance are fun for the kids, as they can get inside and feel past time spirit.

Walking into a room that was already set up for our little one made our arrival stress-free and immensely comforting. In summary, our stay at Grand Hotel Palace was a standout experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its grand ambiance, exceptional service, cleanliness, complimentary perks, and the remarkable attention to detail, especially for guests with children. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There was a Lidl supernarket in 2 min, bus station in 10min.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hotel Palace in Thessaloniki, Greece, and it truly lives up to its reputation as a luxurious 5-star hotel. Located right on the waterfront, it offers stunning views of the Thermaic Gulf, making it one of the top choices for accommodation in the city. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with an elegant and majestic atmosphere. The style and décor exuded luxury and sophistication, instantly making us feel pampered. Our room was incredibly spacious and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds and top-notch amenities. We were lucky to have a large double suite with a generous balcony, which provided us with a perfect spot to relax during our stay. The staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic. They were warm, polite, and attentive to our every need. The concierge, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that our requests were fulfilled, making us feel truly taken care of. We had a great time enjoying the on-site bar, gym, and pool facilities. The pool, however, did tend to get a bit busy with children at times. The breakfast buffet was a true highlight, offering a wide assortment of high-quality food and delicious Greek specialties. It was the perfect way to start our day and fuel up for our adventures.
